What sets us apart – and what we also expect from you – is a keen interest in the capital markets and in financial products of all kinds. The obvious reason being that you cannot represent clients in an optimal way unless you thoroughly understand the relevant products and deal with them intensively. In-depth knowledge of the relevant products will help you, for example, to define the informational obligations forming the legal basis for damage claims on the part of our clients.
