Lawyers are required by the Federal Lawyers' Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung) to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum sum insured of 250,000 euros (§51 BRAO). As a limited liability law company (GmbH), we maintain professional liability insurance for the benefit of our clients with an insured sum of 2.5 million euros (§59j BRAO).
